MADISON – On Friday, an ambitious and energetic group of teenagers is coordinating an enjoyable evening out for the family.

“Frozen Flix and Family Movie Night” will entertain moms, dads and children on Dec. 3 at 6:30 p.m. in the Dublin Park gym at 8324 Old Madison Pike. Admission is $5, but boys and girls who are two years old and younger can attend free of charge.

The soon-to-be classic movie, “Frozen,” will be shown in the Dublin gym. The story of “Frozen” involves sisters living in the land of Arendelle who care greatly for each other. Princess Elsa can freeze ice, and her baby sister Anna enjoys their adventures. In an accident, Anna is injured, and Elsa must help regain her health and magical powers. The sisters meet Prince Hans, peasant Kristoff, a reindeer named Sven and Olaf the snowman.

Parents can bring quilts, blankets or other comfy seating for their family members. The audience can buy concessions for snacking during the movie.

Members of Madison Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities or Madison CEO are sponsoring Frozen Flix. All event proceeds will benefit that student program. With sessions throughout the school year, Madison CEO is a course that immerses high school students in real-life learning experiences to take risks, manage results and learn from outcomes.

Madison CEO includes juniors and seniors from St. John Paul II Catholic High School, Bob Jones High School and James Clemens High School.

Madison CEO students always meet at a business – never in a school classroom. The curriculum provides an overview of entrepreneurship and business development. Community businesses and leaders partner with local schools to create real-world business experiences for the students.

Founders of Madison CEO believe that entrepreneurship education seeks to prepare people, especially youth, to be responsible, enterprising individuals. These youth become entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial thinkers and contribute to economic development and sustainable communities.
