Tee Up Fore Business Golf Tournament needs more teams

MADISON – The annual Tee Up Fore Business Golf Tournament is tomorrow, Sept. 20, and the Madison Chamber of Commerce is in need of more teams.

Hosted by the Chamber and sponsored by Polaris Industries, the tournament takes place at Sunset Landing Golf Course. It begins with a 8 a.m. shotgun start. Teams will play 18-holes in a four-person scramble.

Participants will enjoy breakfast before beginning, then relax over lunch as they award tournament winners.

According to Chamber director Pam Honeycutt, the team registration includes two carts and green fee, breakfast, lunch, goodie bag and a grand prize raffle ticket for each team player.

To register a team, visit www.madisonalchamber.com or contact our office at 256-325-8317.  You do not need to be a Madison Chamber member to participate in this event.

“We have two exciting hole-in-one prize holes this year,” Honeycutt said. “Test your skill for the chance to win a new Genesis G70 from Genesis of Huntsville, sponsored by Lee Company. There will also be a hole-in-one prize of $10,000, sponsored by Peggie Hulebak Rowell,P.C. Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second and last place teams. There will also be door prizes and a grand prize raffle.”

Honeycutt said the event provides an excellent opportunity to network in an open, entertaining setting.

“There are also lots of ways for any sized company to promote their business and gain valuable exposure to local business professionals,” she said. “They can sponsor a hole, a contest, or a door prize to join in the fun.”

So grab your teammates and come on out for a fun day of networking and relaxed competition. Visit www.madisonalchamber.com or contact our office at 256-325-8317 and join the fun.
