Trash Pandas Logo Reveal Event At Dublin Memorial Park

MADISON- The Rocket City Trash Pandas will host its “Logo Reveal Event” at Dublin Memorial Park on Saturday, Oct. 27 beginning at 6:00 p.m.

The professional baseball team is hosting a huge production as it will reveal its team logo and team colors at a family-friendly gathering where fans will also have their first opportunity to purchase official team merchandise.

“We are thrilled with the incredible logos and characters that have been produced by our friends at Brandiose,” said Ralph Nelson, the team’s managing partner. “These talented and creative guys have once again exceeded our expectations by capturing the essence of the Trash Pandas and the story of how they are such a perfect fit for the characteristics of the North Alabama population.”

The event will feature a concert by five-man member band Dirt Circus of Huntsville. The local band plays the music of what they call “of their generation.” In addition, numerous local food trucks will be on site with a large fireworks display at the conclusion of the evening.

Local radio personality Mojo of WZYP-FM and the Mojo Radio Show will be the emcee and host the evening’s festivities.

Attendees are asked to park at Bob Jones High School where shuttle service will provide transportation to the extravaganza. Shuttle service begins at 5:15 p.m.

“We expect to sell out of the first wave of merchandise Saturday night, so we really hope that everybody who wants to be there will come,” added Nelson. “We thank the community for its support.”

Organizers encourage attendees to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Alcohol is not permitted.
