White Bison Coffee, Twice Daily to open in Town Madison

MADISON – Another component of Town Madison will open this fall when Tri Star Energy introduces White Bison Coffee beverage and snack center in a Twice Daily convenience store.

This brand-in-brand retail site in Madison will be the first location outside Tennessee and in Alabama for the Nashville-based premium coffee and contemporary convenience store. The store is under construction at Town Madison’s west entrance off Wall Triana.

The new concept will combine convenience and quality with Twice Daily’s convenience store and White Bison Coffee’s artisan coffee beverages and fresh, handcrafted cafe menu.

“We are thrilled to bring White Bison Coffee and Twice Daily to the people of Alabama,” Tri Star Energy CEO Steve Hostetter said. “Whether it’s enjoying coffee with friends, grabbing on-the-go food or fueling up, we’ve got you covered. We pair convenience with quality to accommodate our guests and their busy lives.”

White Bison Coffee’s concept offers expertly roasted, handcrafted specialty coffee drinks. The brews feature single-origin pour-over coffees, cold brew, nitro coffee, espresso beverages, fruit smoothies and fine hot teas.

Guests also can enjoy freshly baked donuts and pastries, handmade breakfast foods and lunch items including sandwiches, salads and bistro snack boxes.

In addition to traditional convenience items, Twice Daily’s premium offerings range from grab-and-go snacks, including organic brands, to a selection of staple groceries. A fresh deli case will give handmade and healthy options featuring fruits, sandwiches, salads and snacks.

A beer cave will chill an extensive inventory of local and craft beers.

With its start in 2000, “The Tennessean” has recognized Tri Star Energy as one of Nashville’s top workplaces. In addition, “Nashville Business Journal” voted the company in eighth place as a top private company in 2018.

Founded in 2017, White Bison Coffee currently has nine locations in middle Tennessee, including a standalone location in the Nations area of Nashville.

Locally owned and operated by Tri Star Energy, Twice Daily has served Middle Tennessee communities since 2011. This year, Twice Daily was ranked no. 4 in “GasBuddy” in a fuel and convenience brands survey.
