Ryan Raleigh is the new general manager of Rocket Harley-Davidson.

Raleigh assumed his managerial role in May. He has been an employee of Scott Fischer Enterprises (SFE) since 2009 and formerly worked as general sales manager at Thunderbird Harley-Davidson in Albuquerque, N.M.

In his new role, Raleigh is responsible for overseeing the dealership, sales performance, customer service and other management concerns.

Before Raleigh joined Scott Fischer Enterprises, he worked with Hewlett-Packard and coordinated the building of an inside sales team before quickly moving into the field district manager position. Eventually, Raleigh was overseeing more than $165 million in annual revenue, a 100 percent increase from when he first took the position.

Within Scott Fischer Enterprises, Raleigh expanded his experience to serve in multiple leadership roles, leading up to his promotion to general manger of Rocket Harley-Davidson.

“We are happy to announce Ryan as the new general manager of Rocket Harley-Davidson,” Glo Cuiffi said. Cuiffi is Chief Operations Officer for Scott Fischer Enterprises.

“Ryan’s experience is a perfect fit for the position. His customer-service driven leadership will serve the dealership and our customers well,” Cuiffi said.

Raleigh has owned about 50 motorcycles and logged more than 100,000 miles on the road. “My passion for riding and for the Harley-Davidson brand has truly taken me to a level I never thought possible,” Raleigh said.

His goal is to create an exceptional customer service culture at Rocket Harley-Davidson “and make it a premier destination for riders and non-riders throughout the Tennessee Valley. I am extremely excited for the opportunity.”

Rocket Harley-Davidson’s address is 15100 Ala. 20 W. For more information, call 256-340-7333 or visit RocketHarley.com.
