Matt Curtis Real Estate in America’s top 1,000

MADISON – REAL Trends publishing Company has ranked Matt Curtis of Matt Curtis Real Estate Inc. in America’s top 1,000 real estate professional teams.

The Matt Curtis Real Estate Team now is ranked in the top one-half of one percent of the more than 1.25 million Realtors nationwide. REAL Trends has advertised the top 1,000 in “The Wall Street Journal.”

Based in Denver, REAL Trends is a consulting, publishing and communications company.

“We do real estate differently at Matt Curtis Real Estate,” Curtis said. “The traditional model of one agent who does everything does not result in the level of service and expertise we believe today’s sophisticated buyers and sellers deserve.”

Curtis’ team approach has helped them “grow over 1,000 percent in the last six years. Our clients have made us the No. 1 reviewed real estate team in Alabama,” Curtis said.

“When we began building our team six years ago, we had a goal to make the REAL Trends / ‘The Wall Street Journal’ 1,000 List — specifically to be one of the top 250 real estate teams in the nation,” Curtis said. “We’re honored to debut at No. 135 and even more excited that we’re close to reaching 2016’s numbers only half-way through 2017.”

REAL Trends applied four separate categories in awarding the honors: individual sales professionals and sales volume; individual sales professionals and the two ‘transaction sides’ of buyer and seller; team professionals and sales volume; and team professionals and transaction sides.

“The best individual agents and teams, including Matt Curtis Real Estate Team’s award-winning efforts, were nothing short of phenomenal, considering the challenges in today’s complex housing market,” REAL Trends founder Steve Murray said.

“These elite sales associates are proven professionals who bring together innovative marketing solutions that combine cutting-edge technology with best-in-class customer service to consistently exceed the expectations of their clients,” Murray said.

“Being a member of ‘the 1,000’ is an incredible achievement in today’s increasingly competitive environment. Curtis’ success put them in the top one percent of more than 1.25 million REALTORS nationwide,” Luke Bahrenburg said. Bahrenburg is vice president of real estate advertising at Dow Jones, publisher of “The Wall Street Journal.”
