Police make arrest in child pornography case
The Madison Police Department arrested Justin David Beatty, 22, of Madison for possession of child pornography on Thursday.

Madison police said the investigation started when a New York resident contacted the department and filed a complaint against Beatty for soliciting nude photographs of a juvenile.
After investigating the allegations, detectives procured a search warrant for Beatty’s residence and seized electronic devices, including a computer. Pornographic images of children were found on Beatty’s computer.
He was arrested and transported to the Madison County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
