Senior Spotlight — Hannah Nicole Carey

MADISON – Hannah Nicole Carey is a graduating senior at Buckhorn High School.

Carey most enjoyed her classes for science. “It is interesting to me,” she said.

For all four years at Buckhorn, Carey played varsity softball. She was a team member for Buckhorn during their state championships from 2017 to 2019. She was named to the All Tournament team for the 2019 state softball championship.

She had a GPA of 3.4.

Hannah’s parents are James and Wendy Carey. Hannah’s brothers are Matthew Carey, 23, and 15-year-old Daimon Carey.

Hannah will attend the University of Montevallo and pursue a degree in biology.
