HUNTSVILLE – Sci-Quest Hands-on Science Center will host its annual “Hands-on Trucks” event on May 10.

Sci-Quest partners with local organizations to assemble different vehicles for visitors of all ages to explore. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1435 Paramount Drive.

The event is included with Sci-Quest general admission.

Visitors can get behind the wheel and explore a variety of their favorite vehicles and meet the men and women who drive the trucks. This year, the fleet will include a TriGreen Equipment tractor, American Red Cross emergency response vehicle and Madison County Sheriff’s Department’s major crime scene response vehicle.

“Hands-on Trucks is one of our most popular family events. We’re very excited to have it at our new location. Kids love being able to climb in the different vehicles and getting that hands-on experience that they have never had before,” Sci-Quest Executive Director Cyndy Morgan said.
