Banks to perform at Triana gala

TRIANA – Triana Friends of the Library will host the fourth annual “Evening to Remember Holiday Gala” on Dec. 8.

The evening’s fun will open at 6 p.m. at Triana Public Library. Saxophonist Alex Banks II will entertain guests at the event with his individual style of instrumental music.

Guests will enjoy a served buffet of baked chicken, steak, roasted potatoes, vegetable and rolls, along with cake, and pie for dessert and soft drinks.

Event proceeds will aid in financial support of the library and sponsor special activities and programs to encourage use of the library’s collection.

Ticket price is $20. Tickets are available for purchase at Triana Public Library.
