Athlete of the Week

MADISON – Ebba Detulleo’s inclination for the sport of hockey is no surprise. She comes by it naturally.

Ebba’s father, Glenn Detulleo, is head coach of the Huntsville Havoc. “Ebba really likes skating fast with the wind in her face. She’s also grown up around the hockey rink her whole life,” Glenn said.

Ebba is a fourth-grader at Madison Elementary School.

Also a soccer enthusiast, Ebba plays “AYSE U10 for the Purple Thunder and will play for the Squirts Grey team this fall. She enjoys playing forward for both,” her mother Jen Fouts-Detulleo said. Jen owns JFD Photography & Design, 101 Church St. in Madison.

Ebba’s siblings are eight-year-old Berlin, a second-grader at Madison Elementary School, and four-year-old Benham, a preschooler at Madison United Methodist Church.
