Artisans to shine at Madison Methodist Gifts of Grace Marketplace
MADISON – Madison Methodist Gifts of Grace Marketplace will assemble artisans with handcrafted products for sale. Event proceeds will benefit charitable causes in the community.
Madison Methodist Women are presenting the marketplace at Madison Methodist Church, 127 Church St. The event on Feb. 15 will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The mission of Gifts of Grace Marketplace is to raise funds for local missions by offering crafted items to the community, while giving local residents the chance to present their gifts and talents. In past years, funding recipients have included Eighth Street Community (formerly named ‘305 Eighth Street’), Owens House and Lincoln Academy.
In addition, Madison Methodist Women will host a Charity Cafe. Shoppers can take a break from browsing the sale items and eat lunch. Congregation members will serve homemade soups and various baked goods.
