Republican Women of Madison to host forum on city manager issue, special election

The Republican Women of Madison will host a Madison City Governance Forum Tuesday, April 18, at the Bob Jones cafeteria at 6:30 p.m.  Entrance will be through doors on the backside of the building near the baseball field. People may begin arriving at 6 p.m.

The moderator for the event will be WVNN talk show host Michael Yaffee.

Fielding questions will be speakers from both Don’t Mess with Madison and Madison Forward.  Don’t Mess with Madison supports maintaining the current mayor/city council form of government.

Madison Forward promotes changing from the current mayor/city council form of government to a city council/manager form of government.

The panelists will respond to questions submitted by noon on April 15 to info@rwmadison.org.
