Highland Group to build first Alabama location for Eggs Up Grill in Madison

MADISON – Madison will soon have the first Eggs Up Grill in Alabama. The Highland Group has been chosen as the general contractor, which signaled the beginning of construction. Eggs Up Grill is famous for its all-day delectable breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings.

Franchise owners, Alex and Kristen McLellan, can’t wait to open Eggs Up Grill to the public. “Alex and I are so happy to be partnering with The Highland Group to bring the Eggs Up Grill brand to Madison! We can’t wait to serve breakfast in our place that feels like home to the whole neighborhood.”

The Highland Group will perform this build-out within a new building shell and transformed it into a 2,400 square foot restaurant in less than three months. The outdoor patio can seat 24 guests, while 86 guests can be served inside across shared tables, cozy booths, and comfortable counter space.

Eggs Up Grill is located at 300 Hughes Road. For the most up-to-date information, check them out on Facebook or Instagram @EUGMadison.
