Trash Pandas’ ‘A to Z Guide’ answers 100s of questions

MADISON – What time will the Rocket City Trash Pandas’ game start? Can I buy supper at the stadium? Do I have to buy a ticket for my two-year-old?

These questions and hundreds more can be answered with the “A to Z Guide” from the Trash Pandas. The Trash Pandas’ opening game for 2021 will be May 11 at 6:35 p.m. with the Tennessee Smokies.

A summary follows with some of the guide’s helpful details:

A – Address of Toyota Field is 500 Trash Panda Way, Madison AL 35758. Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands throughout Toyota Field, along with portable stands and Club Bar. Animals aren’t allowed, except service dogs.

B — Bags must be clear and are subject to inspection. Business office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; call 256-325-1403.

C – Cameras are allowed but not tripods. Cashless Policy allows use of MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover at ticket windows, concessions, parking and merchandise booths. Cell phones are permitted (without interfering with other guests). Two-year-olds and younger do not need a ticket but should sit in a parent’s lap; three-year-olds and older need a ticket.

D – Directions from east : On I-565, take exit 13 to Madison Boulevard, left on Zierdt Road, right on Town Madison Boulevard, and right on Trash Panda Way. Directions from west: On I-565, take exit 9 on Wall Triana, right toward Triana, left on Graphics Way, left on Dunlop Boulevard SW, right on Town Madison Boulevard, and left on Trash Panda Way.

E – Elevators are available inside Toyota Field on the concourse behind home plate and in left field.

F — First-aid is available at Toyota Field behind Section 11 on the Concourse. First pitch is open to one member of a group of 50 or more in a hospitality area. Food and beverage menus are available on game-day programs and at TrashPandasBaseball.com.

G – Gates at main entrance open 65 minutes before game time. Groups of 20 or more should call 256-325-1403, Ext. 2.

K — Kids Zone down the left-field line has free playground area and rubberized floor.

L – Lawn chairs are prohibited because of slope of Budweiser Berm. Blankets are allowed.

M – Mascot is named “Sprocket.” In Minor League Baseball, Trash Pandas are Class AA and member of Double-A South league.

O – Outside food and beverage are prohibited.

P – Parking on-site is $6, if pre-paying with Clutch App; otherwise, parking is $10. Phone number for tickets is 256-325-1403. Prohibited items include food, beverages, weapons, containers, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners, signs, animals, air horns, hoverboards, laser pointers, coolers and drones.

R – Restrooms are available for men and women in four locations on the concourse, along with two family restrooms near Champy’s. Club Level also has restrooms.

S – Scoreboard features main video in right centerfield with Daktronics LED display board. Seating capacity is 7,500. Special events can be held, like weddings, banquets, corporate events and meetings.

T – Ticket prices are $18, box seats; $8, general admission; and $25, Stadium Club. Tours lasting 45 minutes cost $10.

U – Umbrellas are permitted.

W – Water fountains are available in several locations. Window 5 is the Will Call window.
