Bob Jones’ Tatum Signs Softball Scholarship
The third softball player from Bob Jones signed an athletic scholarship as Bailey Tatum chose to sign with Wallace State. The infielder/pitcher for the Patriots has played in 112 games, scored 63 runs, with 50 RBIs and added 20 stolen bases. As a pitcher, Tatum posted an 11-3 record and a 2.91 ERA with 110 strikeouts in 96 innings on the mound. Tatum was recruited by the Lions’ head coach A.J. Daugherty, one time head coach at James Clemens High.
