State superintendent to introduce “Roadmap to Reopening Alabama Schools” on Friday

There have been a lot of speculation over what school may look like this fall when classes resume. Many school districts have been preparing for the reopening of campuses across the state.

State Superintendent Dr. Eric Mackey and State Health Officer Dr. Scott Harris will hold a news conference formally introducing the “Roadmap to Reopening Alabama Schools” on Friday, June 26, at 10 a.m. Guidance will be provided to all local school leaders, communities, parents, and students statewide on the reopening school efforts for fall 2020.
