Kris Kringle Market moving to Bob Jones High School, set for Nov. 23
MADISON –It’s back to help usher in the holiday season, the Kris Kringle Market will once again get people in the Christmas mood.
The Madison Arts Council is bringing back the holiday event on Saturday, Nov. 23, but at a new place. This year’s Market will be held at the Bob Jones High School practice gym from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“We are excited to help bring a cherished German and European tradition with international flair and local charm to Madison,” MAC President Tina Clark said.
Kris Kringle Market will feature artisans and crafts people from across North Alabama. An Olde World Santa will attend to welcome guests. Youngsters can make German-inspired lanterns for the Children’s Parade in downtown Madison on Main Street on Nov. 30 at 5:30 p.m.
Various food and drink options will be open for guests. Activities will be available to occupy and entertain the children while their parents shop in the market.
