Huntsville police issues BOLO for murder suspect

Patrick Lee Terry

HUNTSVILLE – Huntsville police have issued BOLO for Patrick Lee Terry, age 47, for a weekend homicide.

According to HPD information officer Lt. Michael Johnson, Terry is wanted for the shooting death of Anthony Fairley, age 28. He was last seen driving a 2007 Black Ford Explorer (AL TAG#) 8800BB.

Fairley was found early Sunday morning outside a build on Seminole Drive in Huntsville. He was taken to Huntsville Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

“The victim and Terry were known acquaintances” said Lt. Johnson. “There was some type of dispute, undetermined at this time, that lead up to the shooting.”

Johnson also said there is now a nationwide murder warrant in NCIC for Terry’s arrest relating to the homicide.
