Bob Jones to host Military Appreciation Night at Friday’s football game

MADISON – The Bob Jones High School home football game against Grissom this Friday will feature more than football. To honor the men and women who serve and have served this great nation in military service, Bob Jones will host Military Appreciation Night.

“The Bob Jones ROTC and band will pay tribute to the veterans attending the game. Please come out to the MCS Stadium, enjoy the Bob Jones football game, and enjoy our military tribute,” said BJHS Principal Sylvia Lambert.

The game will be held Oct. 4 with a 7 p.m. kick-off at Madison City Schools Stadium.

All veterans and immediate family members who present a military ID can purchase a ticket for the football game at the Military Appreciation gate for $4 a person.

James Clemens hosted Military Appreciation Night last year.
