Madison PD taking orders for t-shirts benefiting the Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Fund

MADISON – The Madison Police Department and Madison Police Foundation are raising funds for the Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Fund in conjunction with Huntsville Hospital. They have been taking orders this week for special pink breast cancer awareness t-shirts.

Jennifer Schwartz, who is organizing the t-shirt fundraiser at the MDP, said pre-orders are due today but she can still take orders by Monday morning.
Schwartz said the Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Fund helps local patients enduring breast cancer treatment meet their financial needs when treatments and medical appointments keep them from being able to work.
The pink shirts are available in infant to adult XL sizes for $15 each, and 2XL or larger for $17.
To purchase a shirt, you can email Jennifer at jennifer.schwartz@madisonal.gov or call 256-656-8911. Checks should be made out to the Madison Police Foundation.
