CHAMBER CHAT: MCC annual golf tournament set for Sept. 20

By Pam Honeycutt, director

Madison Chamber of Commerce

MADISON – Are you ready to tee up some business success? The Madison Chamber of Commerce is! Our golf tournament was such a success last year that we have decided to make it an annual event.

This year’s Tee Up Fore Business Golf Tournament, sponsored by Polaris Industries, takes place at Sunset Landing Golf Course on Sept. 20. This event provides an excellent opportunity to network in an open, entertaining setting. Teams will play 18-holes in a four-person scramble with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. Participants will enjoy breakfast before beginning, then relax over lunch as we award tournament winners.

We have two exciting Hole-in-One prize holes this year. Test your skill for the chance to win a new Genesis G70 from Genesis of Huntsville, sponsored by Lee Company. There will also be a Hole-in-One prize of $10,000, sponsored by Peggie Hulebak Rowell,P.C. Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second and last place teams. Door prizes and a Grand Prize raffle round out the fun.

Team registration includes two carts and green fee, breakfast, lunch, goodie bag and Grand Prize raffle ticket for each team player. So grab your teammates and come on out for a fun day of networking and relaxed competition.

There are lots of ways for any sized company to promote their business and gain valuable exposure to local business professionals. Sponsor a hole, a contest, or a door prize to join in the fun.

To learn more about sponsorships or to register a team, visit www.madisonalchamber.com or contact our office at 256-325-8317.  You do not need to be a Madison Chamber member to participate in this event.
