Junior League delivers snacks to West Madison, Horizon

MADISON – Junior League of Huntsville members are delivering food and snacks to students at West Madison and Horizon elementary schools.

Junior League members are bringing the donated snacks to West Madison and Horizon after their general meetings in November, January 2018 and February 2018. The food will provide a healthy snack for children whose parents are unable to send snacks to school, Junior League President Nancy Washington Vaughn.

Junior League of Huntsville is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The group’s purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
