Jean Dennis (Gelzhiser) July 25, 1931 – November 30, 2016

Mrs. Bernice Jean Dennis, age 85 of Madison, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at a local hospital.  A native of Richmond, Virginia, she has resided in Huntsville since 1970.

Preceded in death by her husband Horace Dennis, Jr.

She is survived by her two sons, Gerald Dennis, and wife Kelly, and Dave Dennis, and wife Linda; two daughters, Debbie Kavossi and Shawn Anderson, and husband Louis; sister, Dorothy Purcell; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 10:00 until 11:30am.  Service will follow at 11:30 am in Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Aaron Biggs conducting.  Interment will follow at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
