Eleanor Ann Lewis Hulebak, Age 82, of Madison

Eleanor Ann Lewis Hulebak, Age 82, of Madison passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016.

She was a graduate of East Fairmont High School in 1951. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church and retired from South Trust bank.

Eleanor was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Proceeded in death by her husband of 54 years, Jerome C. Hulebak Sr ,

Daughter, Patrea Bonaker and Brother, Don Lewis. She is survived by her sister Mary Recknagle. Son, Jerome Jr. and his wife Sandi:

granddaughter, Sydney and grandson Gunnar. Daughter, Pamela Sparks: grandson, Brian Sparks and his wife Lindsay; great granddaughter, Oliva Rose. Grandson

Steven Sparks and his wife Melinda. Grandson, Jon Sparks. Daughter, Peggie Rowell and husband Bob. Son in Law, Michael Bonaker, grandsons Zach and Nick. Memorial services were held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 17th, 2016, at Messiah Lutheran Church,7740 Hwy 72W, Madison, AL 35758. The family would like to express our thanks to Madison Chapel Funeral Home and Madison Manor Nursing Home and Southern Care hospice for their wonderful help and care. The family requests in lieu of flowers, if desired, friends may make memorial contributions to Russel Hill Cancer Foundation at www.russelhill.org .
