Library accepting applications for teen volunteers

Madison Public Library is accepting applications for teen volunteers this summer. CONTRIBUTED

MADISON – To help with the summer reading program and other tasks, Madison teenagers can apply to serve as summer volunteers at Madison Public Library.

Volunteer slots are open to youth who are in at least seventh grade or 13 years old. Deadline for applications is April 23, Lisa Blackmon said. Blackmon works as interim youth services librarian.
