MADISON – Madison Police Department has issued guidelines for Donald Trump’s presidential campaign rally on Feb. 28.

Trump will speak at Madison City Schools Stadium at 211 Celtic Drive at 4 p.m. Gates will open at 2 p.m.

Large vehicles for the news media must be in place by 9 a.m. Trucks for live media feed only will stage in east side of gravel lot that is northeast of field in the section designated for media.

At noon on Feb. 28, Celtic Drive will change to a one-way street that is northbound from Madison Blvd. The southbound lane from the stadium to Madison Boulevard will be blocked off for pedestrian traffic only.

Celtic Drive will close to all through traffic at 3:30 p.m.

Parking will be available at the stadium in designated parking areas only. Other vehicles for media will stage outside the fence to the southeast of the south end zone.

Overflow parking will be available at 305 Intergraph Way in the parking lot for Intergraph Corporation and at Bob Jones High School, 650 Hughes Road. Trump buses will transport spectators to the stadium from these areas.
