MADISON – The registration deadline for all vendors at the Madison Street Festival (MSF) is July 31.

The deadline applies to all vendors of food, arts and crafts or any booths that sell merchandise. In addition, anyone who plans to have an information booth, a parade unit, an exhibit or a demonstration must apply by that date, MSF President Sharon Holcombe said.

“Registration data from the last couple of years indicated that very few vendors registered in the month of August,” Holcombe said. “The July 31st date gives the committee more time to finalize the print media and order the tent packages and other materials needed for a successful festival.”

To register, visit madisonstreetfestival.org and click “2015 REGISTRATION” in the options at the left. Select “Click here to begin.” Read the Participation Agreement, and then select “I agree.” On the application, complete all contact info and select the application type; click “Continue.”

Next, describe the merchandise or activity planned for the festival. Finally, select “I agree and accept these conditions.”

The 2015 Madison Street Festival date is Oct. 3. The festival is held regardless of weather conditions.
