Madison Police investigating death at apartment complex

MADISON –The Madison Police Department has released the name of the individual found late Wednesday, June 17 at Colonial Grand at Madison.

Shane Aubry McCally, 28, of Madison, has been identified as the deceased.

At around 10 p.m. on June 17, police say, officers responded to the complex near the intersection of Hughes Road and Madison Boulevard and found a “deceased white female,” now identified as McCally, at the location reported to authorities.

“Detectives are awaiting the preliminary results of an autopsy this morning,” the original release stated.
