MADISON – Inside-Out Ministries has issued a call for “Shoes, Shoes and More Shoes.”

Inside-Out founders Larry and Deborah Ward urge residents to clean out closets, garages and donate all those shoes. “Grab a bag, ask a few friends to help and soon you’ll have a bag filled,” Deborah Ward said.

“Don’t worry about the condition. Just bring all shoes, matched pair or not — work boots, tennis shoes, sandals, dress shoes, yard shoes, swim shoes. If it’s a shoe, it can be used,” Ward said.

The shoe drive will raise funds to help in Madison. In addition, Inside-Out will share shoes to help locally and in distant countries.

Inside-Out’s address is 103 Gin Oaks Court in downtown Madison, just west of Sullivan Street. For more information, call 256-325-5193, email to deborah@inside-outministries.org or visit inside-outministries.org or Twitter @Insideout_AL.
