HUNTSVILLE – Patrons can learn more about the features of Koha, the new online catalog system, at Huntsville-Madison County Public Library.

The main library at 915 Monroe St. in Huntsville is offering a “Koha for Patrons” class on April 25 at 9:30 a.m. in computer training center on second floor.

Koha software was first implemented in libraries in 1999. Across the world, thousands of libraries have adopted the software and added needed features and functionality to broaden the system’s capability (koha.org).

Participants must register for the class. Call 256-532-2356 or visit the computer center at the main library.
