Charles Earl Mabie, 58, of Madison passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Huntsville Hospital. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, he grew up in Madison, Alabama and was a graduate of U.A.H. He was a sales engineer with TE Connectivity for the past 25 years. Charles loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman, hunter and golfer. He was a wonderful father, brother, and friend and will be missed by many. Mr. Mabie was preceded in death by his parents Clifford Mabie Jr. and Elizabeth O’Dell Mabie. He is survived by his daughters, Amanda Leigh Haggard and husband Justice, Brittany Marie Yarbrough and husband Bradley, Brooke Breanne Mabie; sister Anne Mabie Crew and husband Jack, brother Clifford Mabie III, one nephew and two nieces.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 12:30pm until 2:00pm at the Church of the Nativity. Funeral service will follow at 2:00pm at the Church. Burial will be at Madison City Cemetery. The family suggests donations to Russell Hill Foundation. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
