(September 17, 1916 – November 2, 2013)

Mildred Louise Blankenship , 97, of Harvest passed away Saturday at her residence.

Mildred was a native and lifelong residence of Madison County. She was preceded in death by her husband: John P. Blankenship.

Survivors include two sons: John and Betty Blankenship and Ronald and Barbara Blankenship; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Tuesday November 5, 2013 at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a Chapel service. Mildred will lie at rest in Tuck Cemetery in Harvest.
