Attempted murder suspect in custody

Brandon O’Neal Grays, 26, of Triana was booked into the Madison County Jail on Thursday at 8 p.m.

He is being held on a $300,000 bond.

Grays and Nicholas Manuel White, 29, of Huntsville are being charged for a home invasion in Madison on Sept. 9.

A female victim and her four-year-old child were allegedly assaulted and robbed by two males. After an intense investigation by the Madison Police Department, charges have been filed against the two suspects.

Grays and White are being charged with attempted murder, first-degree burglary, first-degree robbery, first-degree assault and first-degree theft of property. White is also being held in the Madison County Jail on a $300,000 bond.
