Update: Huntsville Police arrest shooter in Rime Village shooting

Police arrested, 18-year-old Roderick Turner for the drive by shooting that occurred at 2:30pm on Wednesday at the Rime Village apartment complex that injured 3 men. Turner was also hit by one of the men returning fire, but no charges have been filed against the man that shot him according to police. Turner has been charged with first degree assault and booked in the Metro Jail without bond.
