Q-What position do you play?

A-Pitcher and Second Base

Q-What is your favorite memory while playing softball?

A-My favorite memory so far is beating our rival team, Sparkman, my sophomore year in the Regional Tournament. We beat them 6-0, and that game sent us to State, which was the first time in school history. I have never felt that excited in my life after we beat them. It was the best feeling ever!

Q-What can you say about Bob Jones softball?

A-We all work together when we’re out on the field, and we know we have each other’s backs. The coaches are really great about making sure we work hard and push ourselves to the max. We do whatever it takes to play our hardest and to have fun. If I could put this team in one word it would be family.

Q-What is your proudest accomplishment so far?

A-That would go along with my favorite memory. During the game verses Sparkman, I pitched a one-hit shutout against them, which was a huge accomplishment for me.

Q-How excited were you to be named an All-Star?

A-I was extremely excited when I found out. It was a huge honor to be named on the North All-Star team. It just showed me how much my hard work has paid off.

Q-What are your future plans when it comes to softball?

A-I was blessed with a full ride to the D1 college Austin Peay State University. It is in Clarksville, Tenn. I will be playing there my four years of college. I also want to coach after I graduate.
