Paul Nance; Aug. 2, 2010

Paul Eugene Nance, 35, of Harvest was released from pain and sorrow on Aug. 2 at his residence in Harvest.

Born Wednesday, Feb. 12, 1975, in Huntsville, he was the son of the late Marvin Nance and Barbara Simpson Nance. He was a lifelong resident of the Toney area, a graduate of Sparkman High School and Drake Technical College. He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. He was employed by Northrop Grumman for 10 years as an electrical technician.

Survivors include his wife, Melissa Marie Allen Nance of Harvest; sister, Rebecca Nance Densmore of Meridianville; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family requests donations be made to the charity of your choice.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Harmony Baptist Church in Toney with the Rev. Mark Maddox officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Harmony Baptist Church.
