Teresa A. Phillips, 45, of Madison died May 24, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her father, Calbert Pflasterer and a daughter, Kristi. She is survived by her husband, Thomas A. “Tom” Phillips; daughters, Paige and Heather; son, Cody, all of Madison; mother, June Pflasterer of Darmstadt, Ill.; sisters, Brenda Reidy and husband Matt of Grants, N.M.; Karen Puder and husband Louie of St. Louis, Elaine Bugger and husband Doug of Hamel, Ill., and Pat Pflasterer of Springfield, Ill.; and mother and father-in-law, Gayle and Janet Phillips of Carterville, Ill.
Services were held May 27 at Asbury United Methodist Church, Rev. Scott Thackerson officiating. Burial followed at Maple Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, make contributions in Teresa’s memory to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309.
