Ina Moore

Ina Osborne Moore, 59, of Madison died May 18, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her father, John William Osborne II; mother, Irene Shadoan Osborne; and brother, John William III and his wife Jackie. Ina is survived by her husband, Douglas L. Moore; daughter, Heather Southworth Adkins and husband David of Cincinnati; son, Hunter L. Moore of Madison; and her only grandchild, Clare Elizabeth Adkins. She is also survived by her sister, Tess Sparks and husband Steve of Richmond, Va.; brother, Tom Osborne and wife Tammy of Georgetown; and sister, Mary (Gay) Provost and husband David of Tupelo, Miss. She is also survived by seven nieces; five nephews; four great-nieces; one great-nephew; and family and lifetime friends.
Services were held May 22 at Church of the Holy Trinity in Georgetown, Ky. Donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen For The Cure Foundation.
