Fire Incident Report The Madison Fire Department reported 45 incidents between June 30 and July 6. * Ambulance Assist – 13 * Emergency Medical Call – 13 * Good Intent Call – 2 * Outside Structure Fire – 1 * Rescue Call – 4 * Service Call – 1 * Situation Found Not Classified – 4 * System Malfunction – 5 * Unintentional False Call – 2
Building Permits The Madison Community Development Department issued nine commercial and residential building permits between June 30 and July 6 for a total of $5,896.48. Commercial: * 7635 Highway 72 – $25 * 7635 Highway 72 – $127.60 Residential: * 112 Fox Hollow Drive – $17.60 * 244 Kyser Blvd. – $1,280.36 * 244 Kyser Blvd. – $1,280.36 * 244 Kyser Blvd. – $1,262.20 * 244 Kyser Blvd. – $1,262.20 * 120 Bay Pointe Lane – $355.14 * 115 Honor Way – $286.02
There were 12 electrical permits issued for a total of $749. There were 11 gas permits issued for a total of $130. There were three home occupation permits issued for a total of $112.50. There were 12 mechanical permits issued for a total of $232. There were 11 plumbing permits issued for a total of $599. There were three miscellaneous permits issued for a total of $35.80.
The grand total for all permits issued between June 30 and July 6 was 61, for a total of $7,754.78.
