Bobby Phillips was chosen as Firefighter of the Year and Mark Bray was chosen as Police Officer of the Year. Each one received a plaque and a monetary award to acknowledge their efforts. Honorees are: (L-R) Susan Klopfenstein, Bobby Phillips and Mark Bray. Other city employees who recently received recognition for longevity are Beth Bellomy, city court, 15 years; James Chandler, engineering, 10 years; Lillie Causey, finance, 20 years; and Robert Lindner, public works, 15 years.
