Local student named to UNA dean's list
Christopher Cosgray, son of Steve and Linda Cosgray of Madison, was named to the dean's list at The University of North Alabama for the fall 2002 semester. To be named to the dean's list, a student must earn between a 3.8 and 4.0 grade point average. Cosgray is a marketing major and a 1998 graduate of Bob Jones High School.
Local student inducted into honor societies at Vanderbilt
Monica Ecklin, a 2002 graduate of Bob Jones High School, was recently inducted into the Vanderbilt University chapters of the Alpha Lamda Delta and Phi Etta Sigma honor societies. These organizations recognize academic excellence among members of the freshman class. She was also named to the 2002 fall semester dean's list at Vanderbilt's Peabody College of Education and Human Development.
Madison woman named to LSU dean's list
Karin Miranda Hall Hardin, a student in the College of Music and Dramatic Arts at Louisiana State University, has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2002 semester.
