Madison man completes basic training
Marine Corps Pvt. Michael McCladdie of Madison has recently completed basic training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot in Paris Island, S.C.
McCladdie completed 12 weeks of training designed to challenge new Marine recruits. He, along with other recruits also received instruction on the Marine Corps' core values – honor, courage and commitment.
Following the training, McCladdie was awarded the Marine Corps emblem. He is the son of Margie and Errol McCladdie of Madison.
