Huntsville Museum of Art presents southwestern collection
The Huntsville Museum of Art invites the public to see the colors, symbols and subjects that embody the American Southwest during its exhibition "West by Southwest: From the Collections of the Museum of the Southwest."
The exhibition presents more than 60 timeless paintings and sculptures those embrace landscape, Native American and still life subjects. The show will run from Nov. 24 through Jan. 19, 2003. Smith Kramer Fine Art Services organize the exhibition. For more information, call the museum at 535-4350.
Huntsville Museum of Art presents Norman Rockwell lithographs
The Huntsville Museum of Art will present art from America's most loved illustrator, Norman Rockwell, beginning Nov. 17 through Feb. 23. Norman Rockwell Lithographs showcases more than 50 signed originals based on Rockwell's popular works. Several educational programs will be held in conjunction with this show, including special guest lectures, video presentations and public tours.
