The new Clay House Museum, located at 16 Main Street in downtown Madison, will host a "Meet the Artist" event on Monday, Dec. 2, at the museum.
Two local artists, Carol Baran and Sandra Starkey, currently have several of their paintings hanging in the foyer of the museum. Both of these artists will be available to meet and greet the public from 3 to 6 p.m.
There is no admission charge for the event – sponsored by the Madison Art League.
Baran and Starkey are the first two local artists to exhibit their work in the museum.
